THIS IS MY COMPLAINT TO THE ABOVE MISSION STATEMENT:

HORRIFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY OWNER!! Today
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT THIS COMPANY! WHILE ATTEMPTING TO HELP OUR ELDERLY,WIDOWED NEIGHBOR WATCH HER HOME/POOL WHILE SHE WAS OUT OF TOWN WE WITNESSED THE UNPROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICE FIRST HAND! THE POOL REMAINED GREEN IN COLOR AND WAS NOT VACUMED IN THE DEEP END. WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I SPOKE WITH OUR NEIGHBOR BY PHONE, SHE WAS UPSET AND ASKED US TO GO OVER TO TLC AND LET THEM KNOW SHE WAS NOT GETTING THE SERVICE SHE IS PAYING FOR. MARY, THE OWNER, STATED THE PERSON,JASON, WHO "CLEANED" THE POOL THAT DAY TOLD HER THE POOL WAS CLEAR NOT GREEN(IST LIE) AND THAT THEY DID VACUME ALL THE POOL.(2ND LIE) MARY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE AS WE EXPLAINED WE WERE TRYING TO LET HER KNOW THIS EMPLOYEE WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH AND OUR NEIGHBOR SHOULD GET THE SERVICE SHE IS PURCHASING. HER COMMENT TO ME WAS" WHY DID YOU EVEN CALL HER(MY NEIGHBOR) WHILE SHE WAS ON VACATION ABOUT A POOL?" I WAS SHOCKED AT HER CARELESS ATTITUDE, NONCHALLANT EXPRESSIONS AND POOR..NO OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM SURE OUR NEIGHBOR WILL BE QUITE UPSET AND SADDENED BY THE BEHAVIOR OF THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS. TLC MY FOOT!!! NOT TO MENTION WE WERE THE SECOND PEOPLE TO APPROACH TLC THIS WEEK ABOUT THE UNACCEPTABLE PRESENTATION OF THE POOL, AS ANOTHER FRIEND TOOK HIS TIME TO GO INTO TLC AND SPEAK WITH THEM. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE JUST LOOKING TO GET TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL. GOOD LUCK POOL AND SPA OWNERS! I AGEE THAT A ONE STAR RATING IS TO GOOD FOR THIS COMPANY.

Neighbor Got Ugly in Retail Store

This person thought she was looking out for her neighbor's interest and made demands and accusations that were not true. She told the home owner that my employee's just stood around and did nothing when they were opening the pool. She said the pool was green and still dirty. She then came into our store on a Saturday morning, while customers were waiting in line and demanded that someone come to her neighbor's house immediatly to finish cleaning the pool. Mary was busy with customers and she continued to pound the issue. Mary told her that no one was available today and we would take care of it Monday. The nosey neighbor persisted to the point that it got ugly.
I personally visited the pool on Sunday and found a couple of leaves in the bottom of deep end and the pool crystal clear. The pool filter had not had a chance to do its job when the neighbor was making these demands. We found out later that the neighbor's husband was out of work and is now cleaning my customer's pool as a way make some extra money.
