Complaint Review: TLG AUTOVTG

Some how I have been charged $159.99 on my credit card since 2008! I just now caught it and have been ripped off for $480 bucks! This really ticks me off!

In 2008 I had a tumor removed from my head. My husband died of cancer. I was under allot of stress and some how by cashing a check I got from Haband had signed up for a service??? I remember calling them when I first noticed this. They said they would take it off my card.

Well now in 2011 it shows up on my credit card! I called my credit card company and cancelled the card. Then I called TLG and told them I did not authorise them to charge my card! They said in 2008 I did authorise this service! I asked what was the service? They could not give me a clear answer on what I got for this $159.99. I thought it was my Onstar bill for some reason! I asked them if they were associated with Onstar? They said no they had better service then Onstar, I would be covered in any car? Why would I need Onstar in any car? I told them I want this canceled ASAP! They said they would give me a prorated amount ! I said you are not getting another $159.99! I want the whole amount taken off my card! Said it would take 2 months for it to go through.

Well they got me for $480 buck because of not checking my card better! But they will not get another cent! The card is cancelled I am filing a fraud form with my credit card company! I will not order anything again from Haband, since they are the ones who gave this company my card number without my authority!

All I can say is be careful on a refund check besure it is a real refund!
