My husband accepted a trial membership many months ago. He thought better of it and immediately canceled. They said he could cancel at any time. They canceled him and then he was charged again. He canceled again and was charged again. We lost track of how many times.
Now, just when we thought we were safe, we found an "annual membership fee" charged to our credit card for $129.99. I called and they canceled us. How many times does it take to make the cancellation stick?
I think they are making their money off the people who are busy and don't closely monitor their credit cards.
