After seeing my credit card statement with a charge for $11.99, I called the number on the statement. Eric told me that I had signed up for some program while visiting the site of linen and things. I told them this wasn't true. I asked for an immediate credit to my account and he began to tell me that I had signed up for a program. I said again that I hadn't and that I wanted him to credit my account or I would have to take other measures. He said what other kind of measures was I going to take? His voice was argumentative and sharp. I told him a that I would report the company for fraudulent activity. That is when he told me he would give me a credit.

Eric gave me a cancellation number and said it would be credited within 10 to 15 days and then tried to tell me that they were going to give me $20.00 in free gas. Probably just another ploy to set me up for some future charges on my credit card and I immediately told him I'd didn't want any free gas. I told him I didn't like the tone he was taking. Eric was very unpleasant. I'll be waiting for the credit to my card or I will call again.
