Complaint Review: TLG*EVRYDAYVAL - 866-363-8258

TLG*EVRYDAYVAL Is what appears on my credit card. They have charged my credit card 9.99 a month for the last 7 months. Since my husband generally pays the bill i did not notice. I NOTICED it whe the balance was paid off!!!!!!. not!it is a small charge and he never question me about it. I called them and asked who they were and why i was being charged 9.99 a month for something i know nothing about. I was told i bought and item on Buy.com, where i clicked a pop up.what in the world is buy.com thinking, giving privat info to pop up adds in their web site?

If i got a pop up add, i closed it. I didint give my info, that is certain

I have never received and info or signed on other that the bill in my card,

When i called them, they said i have to send or fax my complaint and it will go in front of a board for review, I told them i just want my money back. this is charge you, with no service company.
