I paid for an airline ticket thru hotwire, and maybe 2weeks after that I noticed a charge on my credit card for $12.99. At first I didn't think anything of it because I thought that maybe I had forgot to write something down. But then everymonth there after I have the same charge from the same company. I have been trying to contact them since July, and keep getting the run around. When I finally got someone they put me on hold and never came back.
