Complaint Review: TLG GREAT FUN

We attempted to withdraw money from our chase account only to find out that TLG has them on hold. TLG is attempting to withdraw funds since march through the bill pay process which was never authorized by us. We're unable to stop it cause they won't answer the phone number that was provided to the bank. what are we supposed to do? the banks act like you did something that you don't remember doing and they hold you responsible. they leave you in a position were you have no recourse.
