Complaint Review: TLG Great Fun

I received my credit card statement from Chase. I reviewed the statement carefully and I saw TLG Great Fun had charged my credit care $12.99 on Nov 19,07. reviewed all my statements. The same charge appeared online on my recent transactions on Dec 18,07. I called my credit card company (Chase)and enquired about the charges. The representative told me that they had no control over who charged my credit card. I asked her if there was a way to verify my approval, she was unsure. I asked her to block any further charges from TLG great fun, she refused to do that. She wanted me to talk to the company myself and resolve the issue.
I called TLG great fun about the charges on Dec 24,07. The representative was rude. I asked him if I ever approved the charges, he said that I was being charged because I clicked the check box while purchasing the airticket from Orbitz. Well, I would certainly like to receive the discount but they never disclosed that I would be charged for the discount. I told him immidiately to discontinue the membership and credit the charges back to my account.
I tried to look for the details of the company on Google search and found that there are several others like me who had similar experiences.
I would like to convey to the governmental agencies about this company through this report so that certain action could be taken to prevent this from happening in future.
