Complaint Review: TLG GREATFN TRILEGIANT.COM BUY.COM

I made a purchase on Buy.com and was offered a $25 rebate. I clicked but could not get a rebate. Did not realize that I was enrolled in some kind of membership. When I got my credit card I had spent $9.99 on over stock as the credit card was from Overstock.com. I paid the amount,but now this week I saw that for last three months they have been charging me $9.99 for last three months. And I made the payment as I did not want to pay late fee. I called the credit card company to clear the confusion,but they told me that TLGGREATFUN has been charging me this amount .

I tried calling both GREATFUN and parent company TRILEGIANT and got a "call back during business hours" message. I sent an email and got a response saying that when I tried to get $25 I was automatically enrolled as a member. I asked them to cancel my member ship and asked a explanation as how till now I never got a letter or email saying that it will cost me $9.99 per month for the membership and what services they were offering. I have not used any of their service as I was not even aware of this. They have charged me total of $29.77 unauthorized.

I have asked them to refund,and I am still waiting...... Looks like this company is a big fraud.I think in America this high way robbery. Hope lot of people should stop buying from Buy.com and Gratfun. Better business should look into this matter.
