Both of those charges were unauthorized so I called my bank and they gave me the phone number 1-800-490-2712 and I called it. They said I accepted a mailed offer of a $20.00 Lowes gift card as some sort of subscription bonus. I never signed up for any service and no one in my house hold even shops at Lowes. The lady on the phone gave me a PO Box to send my complaint to, and researching the address online I found it was AOL Marketing. AOL needs to be looked at for these money stealing practices.
