In September 2011, I placed a telephone order to a company, "Tummy Tuck"for supplies to help with weight loss. During this conversation, I was informed of an offer to become a member of TLG Shoppers and would receive an information packet explaining the extent of the offer. However, I did not receive any packet whatsoever. Since this time, there have been charges of $19.99 charged on my credit card each month and sometimes twice a month. Presently, I am working with my credit card provider in disputing the charges and have also reported the company to the Alabama Attorney General who is now assisting. Several attempts to dissolve the matter by way of letters to the company and also telephone calls. No satisfaction has occurred.
