Oh gosh, I inadvertantly cashed a check that came disguised as a rebate from my credit card. Then Trilegiant stole my credit card number and began billing me $9.99 every month for a Travelers Advantage service. I am confined to a wheelchair and the only traveling I do is to the bathroom or kitchen. I called and cancelled this susbcription and was told I would be refunded. On April 12, 2006 I got a refund for one month and then on May 8, 2006 I was charged another $9.99 a month for Great Fun service that I with absolute certainty did not cash a check. Like I really would enroll in something that useless and pay $9.99 every month out of my disability income.

So Trilegiant, tell me how many elderly and disabled persons are you billing for hundreds of thousands of dollars? You have even managed to charge those who are educationally challenged and see a check but cannot read and they cash it. Disability income barely covers monthly expenses so a check is seen as a good thing.

Where is the LEGITIMATE service you so very loudly proclaim? I filed my complaint with the legal offices that are investigating the company for a class action suit. Let's all hope that companies such as these, who prey on the unwitting, are brought to their knees.
