Complaint Review: TM Systems Laptops

This man falsely advertised a laptop that did not live up to advertising. When I gave him bad feedback, he gave me false feedback describing me as not having paid. His problem there is that he does not ship unless he is paid. He does not ship unless check has cleared. I have cashed check back from bank. He had to have been paid.

I studied all his other feedback and found others he treated the same way.

Regarding his good feedback... I wonder if he actually pays people to send him good feedback.
