Tmart ships shoddy goods and provides poor customer service.
I bought an MP# player. It was cheaply made and did not work from the outset. After numerous attempts through their website I was eventually offered the option to send it back. I paid postage and sent it to their local logistics site, and then they denied receiving it.
Several months after the purchase, I am out the initial purchase price and the postage to return the item, and still no refund. This is no longer worth my time and effort, but a warning here to anyone considering buying from Tmart: DON'T !!!
ps Lloyds Bank Mastercard provided no backup. My prior experience iwth American Express has been much better. Moral of the story: if an online merchant doesnt allow you to use a payment service that back the customer, like like American Express, then they may not be a merchant with which you want to deal.
