Dear Lucy ,

That's a double dose of utterly unfortunate costumer servicefrom TMD.

First, I was renewed for a service I've never used without at least an e-mail announcing the renewal process giving me the right to decide whether or not I choose to renew it.

Second, I'm paying for something I have not used and will not use - and yet, refused refund by the TMD. This is the pinnacle of bad customer service and I feel sorry for you all, as I feel people need to be know and be aware of my experience so that they can avoid my absolute displeasure and lack of customer service.

What a sad, unfortunate and disgusting experience I've had TMD Hosting Services.
