Ivan Dickman of TME Groupholdings , sent me a legal documents and pof on 2 clients and then asked me what to do next.
In the email is noted he was not a brokerage, etc, and a FINDER. An introduction services and doesnt know anything abut the laws of business, finance laws, SEC laws, or even for his company under Finder Law. Though he was running the gammit of illegal in business law, state law, finance law, securities law, marketing laws, and when i asked him why is company under Holdings, he had his CEO get on phone and told me wasnt a Holding company like in finance and its name is simply is a 'freedom of speech' as of 2015 , and that doesnt cover all the illegal activities. Well 'freedom of speech' to them is their excuse to 'lie, fraud, and operate illegal ' and that is not the law of freedom of speech. They were reported to officials.
I hate to see consumers ripped off. If you have a serious client, no broker chains, no pyramids, no multiple people between you and client... for those who dont know the field, please go to school for it and take courses, learn the laws before ad libbing it. The courts dont take ignorance as an 'exccuse' but as a choice to do HARM.
