Tmobil and Assurant Insurance The Insurance is denaying my claim , when they never give me solution , because they don't have the same phone to replace it , no they said the claim is expire . Nationwide

The Assurant Mobile Insurance , is denying the solution about my phone . The incident was on junuary 10 2016 , and I talk to one of the costumer attendant , and he told me , "we don't have the same phone at the moment , you need to call every 3 days to check if we got it ". I work 7 days a week , in the kitchen , and we are not allowed to be using the phone . By August 11 2016 I call then one more time , at 2:47 pm . and I have the same answer , and I call then one more time on friday 12 -2016 and now the answer is we don't have any report about you case and we can't help you , you claim is expire. But they are still collecting for the insurance . I was at the Tmobile store and calling to the costumer service and the "nice answer was we don't have nothing to do , you have to deal with the insurance , and you are gone to pay for you wireless service plan , and if you have and older phone we can sell you a new card and activation , or you can go to Walmart and buy a cheap phone
