I purchesed 3 $10tmoble refill cards, two weeks ago.I again bought 3 more on Jan.26,2011.my phone bill is $61.41.I was able to call the 800 number to began to put the cards towards my acc. Two of the $10 cards were good.I called to speak to a representive,to help me with the other 4. As i got someone to assist me,the other cards had been used. The same day before I was able to put all the cards into my acc. Each pin number had been used!which I couldn't believe. I was told the num,at which the cards were transfered too,and the time. My num.begins with 646,which is the num to my acc.and ends with 7728. I was told it went too a number that begins with 706,and ends with 9543. Maybe it's just me,or am I missing something? I live in Kentucy, but I still have my Ny num. The refill cards were purchased in the state of Kentucy, but went to a phone that's in service in ATL....I called Tmoble, several times and was simply ignored, disrespected, and put on hold 20-30 mins at a time. I was given the information throught tmoble, about the usage of the refill cards, but they decline to help me in anyway. One of the stores that i purchase 3 cards from,I spoke to the store manager, and was told that ppl have been complaining and returning to the store very angry. pertaining to the Tmoble refill cards. My phone will be cut off tomorrow, and I was beat out of $40. Despite I've been a loyal custormer for 2/yrs. It didnt make a differance, they would not exstend my bill to keep my phone on after midnight. Tmoble sucks.....

Jeff, your complaint is with the retailer that sold them to you!

Jeff,

Your entire complaint should be against the retailer that sold them to you. It is common for underpaid, uneducated convenience store workers to steal in this manner.

On the other hand, after looking at your spelling and grammar, I can see whay you are a pre-paid phone customer.

My advice is to go back to the third grade, get some education, get a real job so you can have a real cell account instead of the prepaid for losers program.

Now to the other joker reharding "shillers". What in the hell is a "shiller"?? Do you mean "shill"? Plural would be "shills" NOT "shiller"
Idiot.

Its nice to know that companies spend SO much money keeping these shillers active on this site to disrepect the posters and offer no real solution to their problems.

Maybe if they spent some money on customer service and not outsourcing they might get better reviews?

Or maybe its just a bunch of retarded, dateless couch potatoes????

A ripoff is a ripoff, an ashoe is just an ashoe!

KEEP THE RIPOFF REPORTS COMING!!!!
