FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS IHAVE BEEN WAITING ON A REFUND FROM T MOBILE THAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE. I CALLED IN TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF $70.00 ON A T MOBILE ACCOUNT AS A FAVOR FOR A FAMILY MEMBER, CS IN ERROR TOOK OUT $170.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT(DEBIT) WITH MY CARD. I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED A REFUND. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN ABOUT 3-5 BUS. DAYS, I NEVER SAW IT. IT IS NOW ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER, AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN IT. I HAVE GIVEN JUST ABOUT ALL INFO I CAN GIVE FOR THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY TO ME, NOT THE ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS, BUT I NEED FOR MY REFUND TO COME TO ME. I HAVE EVEN CONTACT THE ACCT OWNER AND THEY CALLED IN TO GIVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY OWED, BUT STILL I GET THE RUN-AROUNDS. i HAVE CONTACTED T MOBILE AT LEAST 8 DIFFERENT TIMES IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. EACH TIME THAT I TALK WITH A CSR I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER. I WAS TOLD THAT THE REFUND WAS ALREADY SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT, THE ACCT HOLDER SAID THEY NEVER SEEN IT. I CALL BACK TO INFORM THEM OF WHAT THE ACCT HOLDER SAID, BUT I STILL GET THE RUN AROUNDS. I AM STILL WAITING ON IT. I AM FED UP. F.Y.I... PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PYMT ON SOMEONE ELSES ACCT, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY ARE WORHTLESS.....(TMOBILE).
