Complaint Review: tmobile family walmart

i was gifted a tmobile walmart family mobile phone.after 2 months the bill increased and i rarely had serivce.i quit using it period.as i was under the impression it was no contract.i recieved a bill and was told i will be sent to collections.

i called several numbers in attempts to resolve this issue and was constanly in a run around.to top it off i recived information concering my credit,and now have another issue thanks to tmobile.
