I purchase a unlimited text package from TMobile and later found out I bought into lies. The unlimited text package includes instant messages, pictures and texts. I am not able to used the instant message package on my blackberry curve model 8320. The lie TMobile says blackbery don't allow you used instant messages with the data package of $34.95 Well when I bought the package that wasn't told. Plus if I got a unlimited message package that includes instant messages why would you need a data package for $34.95 I should be able to send instant messages without the data packages. Instead TMobile will not enable my handheld blackberry without the purchase of data packages.

I am filing a complaint with TMobile Customer Relations p.o. box 37380, Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380, Ga Consumer Relations and California Public Utilities Commission at Consumer affairs Branch, 505 Van Ness Ave. San Francisco, Ca 94102. I advises anyone who have a similar complaint or another complaint about TMobile to do the same. It is the only to prevent the bull crap of Fraud or False Advertisement. I can be contact at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))yahoo.com for future comments or for potential possibly of law suit.

The new 34.95 data package includes all messaging (within the US and it's providences) and all internet usage for all of T-Mobile's PDA/Smart Phones. There are no differences in the included services for any of these phones and all text messaging falls under the same guidelines as any of the other messaging plans. If you received a charge for instant messaging you would make sure the package was added prior to the text message sent date, to what country it was sent to, and whether you were roaming in a foreign country at the time of the message being sent. If none of these are true then you need to contact T-Mobile with this information for a correction.
