Tmobile has found a way to legally exploit their consumers Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Tmobile made an unauthorized withdraw from my account and for the past month has refused to return the funds. Their representatives inform consumers of the wrong information and though many of them are very pleasent once a customer complains about the service provided their demenor changes and they are very unprofessional and rude. My phone was under warranty and I contacted Tmobile several times to request a new phone. They continued to send me defective phones and waited until my warranty expired to explain that I should've recieved a completely different phone that was covered by the warranty. Tmobile is a complete and total rip off and should be reprimanded legally. I know for a fact that I am not the only customer they have ripped off. I am trying to locate other consumers who are dissatisfied with their service as well, a class action suit needs to be filed. This will only continue if members do not take the time to complain. Their corporte offices condone the representatives providing the wrong information to their consumers for their monetary gain.
