Complaint Review: Tmobile

I am reporting about unfair practises of TMOBILE. I recently had a problem with my tmobile cell phone service, most of my incomming calls get an error message "this number does not exist NJ91053" which is called as a switch recording in cellphone service parlance.

This has been causing me problems and loss of business for 2 months now , and all I get as a solution from Tmobiles charming/deceptive incompetent customer service team is that we will try to solve the problem. We did this blah blah , hope that solves your problem.

Problem started Oct 2007 , Its december end , still counting. Every time I call about a problem I have to repeat every single detail of the problem. They just maintain a one line sentence about the issue.

Had to repeat my issue 5 times in one day to give you an idea. still have to start from scratch every single time.
Was told that problem is fixed, did not have any issues for 1 day, I tested it using my home phone. Then problem started , dont know when.
