Tmobile T-mobile are crooks be warned!!! Albuquerque New Mexico
I signed a 2 yr agreement with Suncom in April 2007. I was about 6 months shy of the end of my agreement with suncom with this horrible company took over. First of all let me start with when I was still with suncom Tmobile offered all suncom customers a $29.99 entry price for a nationwide 1200 plan. I had 3 lines. Each add. line was supposed to be 9.99.
The fist month that tmobile took over I received my last bill from suncom for $80. With in the same month a cpl of weeks later. I recieved a bill from tmobile for $66. Then about a week later I recieved a bill for over $100. I talked to customer service and all they could tell me was it was prorated. It's funny how it was prorated when I recieved bills form then on and got got higher and higher.
I had so many dropped calls it wasn't even funny. I always paid online and my bill was always different. It went up and down so much but up more than down! I recieved bills in the mail also and that was always a different amount too. Then a month after I received my first bill went from 29.99 plus the 9.99 to 39.99 and 19.99. So my premium rose 20 dollars a month. I called another representative he said it was a better deal. Oh yeah my plan went to 1000 minutes too.
I started going over in my minutes and figured out they dropped my plan. So this past month (7-09) I have recieved 3 bills. The first was 120, the next was over 200 and then the last was almost 500 dollars. I reported them to BBB and finally got a response. The man I talked too (MR.PONCHO?) was very rude and nasty and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He said I never paid the whole amount of any bill but I tried to tell him that I paid online and the amounts were always crazy and I couldn't help that that system wasn't current.
I mean why have an online service if it's not current? But I couldn't cause he was yelling at me telling me he would turn me into a collections agency if i DIDN'T PAY. I am sick of tmobile and I have switched companies now and I hope noone ever signs with them again. Please people be warned they go up on your plan anytime they like. And they will threaten you. They are a horrible company and I have lost all respect for Kathrine Zeta Jones for even supporting a company that sorry!.
