Tmobile is nothing but a bunch of liars they tell you things in order to make the sale. You can read the contract or signs posted in the stores but that will not be the end of it. They have hidden rules. Dont explain things correctly. Poorly trained or just dont care. Calling the customer service lines dont help they are just as bad if not worse. I signed into a 2 year contract and had no idea what i was getting into. I purchased a phone and after the second replacement was messing up decided to just get my money back for the phone. When I did i was surprized to find out that I had to wait 3 weeks as i was told by the store and the service line for a check with my refund. That would be fine if my receipt, any paper work, or signs posted the policy. Instead they went to their computers and printed something out for me as if i could use the computers to find the hidden rules. I normally would wait for a check if i was moving out of state within that time period. Then I exchanged it for a Sidekick Slide. lol what a waste. In order to even get the sidekick internet package for the phone i had to purchase the sidekick internet package for my second line. Which is for a Razor Phone. So at 20 each line, that 40 dollars and 20 of that is useless seeing as i cannot do real web browsing or half the stuff the sidekick can. And no one seems to help. As long as they have you signed up for the contract they dont care. I should have just went with some other company. I will never encourage anyone to go with tmobile. More to avoid them at all costs.

I have now been threw 3 sidekick that have messed up in several ways. I have contacted TMobile several times regarding this. I probably talked to 10 people on their customer care line. and just when i think one can help nope they succeed again. In doing nothing but confusing me or telling me lies.
