Tmobile USA Outrages fees, Lies to sell contracts, Violate their own terms. Internet

I was offered a job in the US Virgin Islands and wanted to sign up with Tmobile again, I previously encouraged my whole family to and wanted mobile to mobile benefits when we moved to USVI.  I spoke with phone agents and authorized stores several times to verify that the service will work there without any fees, I requested it be noted on my account that I was told the phone would have no fees and they said its not necessary because its covered in their coverage network.  All the CSR's ensured it was like using the phone in the states, No roaming or long distance. 


After my first month I had a hefty bill of $300 for roaming and long distance.  I called customer service, they removed them and apologized.  The next month the same fees were there, I called and asked if I had to go through this every month, they said they are working to avoid this and its no problem for these fees to be removed.


Month 3 the fees are there again, no problem to call and remove them like I had been promised, right?  Not this time, the CSR said they had waived tehm twice as a courtesy and will not do it again.  What about the promises made??? I spoke with a manager who said the same thing.  I called several other times and received the same answer.  They must only document what is convenient and beneficial for them.


I finally asked to have service disconnected because I had a phone that would charge me 75 cents a minute to talk on it.  They said they could do it for $250 cancellation fee per line totalling $500.  I tried to offer to pay for the full cot of the phones of $100 each that we received for free when signing up and they declined.  I told them that I wont pay these fees ever because I never would have signed up if those were the conditions.  They then closed my accounts and sent a bill for $705, then turned over to collections.  so now I have them baning on my door for $705!!! 


I know that most people will never have this issue of moving to the USVI, but know that Tmobile is not honest and lied to us to sell a phone!


Tmobile, your service is fine in the us and you do have the best deal.  I am still willing to be a customer, please just make this issue right.  I'll make it easy for you. Contact me at (((email redacted)))
