Me and my wife decides to switch from att and get tmobile pre-paid.we went with 50 dollar monthly plan.after we activated our sim cards and paid for the service we right away had issues with internet connection and text and call problems.we called tmobile to resolve the issue but after hours of trouble shooting and still no fix we asked for our money back.the rep said they have a no refund policy and that after cancelling we will not recieve money for the remainder of the month.take in mind at this point it has only been half a day.thw only way we could recieve any credit would be toward the purchase of other tmobile products.i also asked the supervisor for the complaint department and she said that alao would be qith her.tmobile ia a joke they advertise about thwir aervice being the best just let me say its far from it.
