BE ADVISED!!! BE VERY AWARE-Chris Slager-owner of TMS POWERSPORTS (aka: Tully Motorsports) will lie to you, promises you anything and rip you off like me for over $500.00!!!

On May 01,08 I ordered a $1,200.00 Japanese style racing quad, made by ICE BEAR, from TMS Powersports in PA from his website. I recieved the ATV on May 05,08, I found, that all the accessories pictured on TMSs website were missing from my model and had a lot of broken and missing parts. I called Chris Slager and he told me that ICE BEAR used these pictures of a "mocked-up version with dual exhausts, dual headlights, taillights, directionals, etc, for their Las Vegas ATV SHOW.

Mr. Slager conveniently neglected to tell me these important facts when I ordered my ATV. It had a broken headlight, light bulb socket, broken choke lever on the carb, oil leaking from the rear shock, many scratches from the tires in shipment, missing owners manual and tool kit. Mr. Slager agreeded to supply the parts, including all the accessories to make it look like the pictures on his website and authorized me to fix the electrical problems, and pay me $150.00 for the labor instead of me sending it back and having me pay the freight to return it. After 10 weeks AND 89 EMAILS-Mr Slager finally took some of the parts off his floor model.

Mr. Slager would not talk to me on the phone after my purchase and would only correspond with me by email. Finally, I emailed Mr. Slager that I had enough with no accessories and half the parts he sent me were wrong...and I was going to go through my credit card people to get my money back.!!!! He finally agreed to refund the cost of the atv and pay the freight, plus my $150.00 labor. which I have everything in emails. I sent it back and he refused to pay me the freight, and the labor and only refunded the purchase price due to my credit card people getting involved.

Mr. Slagers last email to me when he refunded the atv payment tells volumes what he is reall like:
"Hi Daniel, money was refunded today. I hope you find some piece in your life, and remember don't sweat the small stuff. God bless,Chris."

This from a man that apparently professes to be a Christian on one hand and rips you off with the other!!!!!

SO, WITH ALL THE LIES, DECEIT AND RIPPING ME OFF FOR OVER $500.00 I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE..don't buy anything from TMS POWERSPORTS!!! and CHRIS SLAGER.

I hope you can support me by writing to TMS POWERSPORTS and tell them how you feel.

Thanks so much. I hope this helps someone else.

My name is Sandi Brown and I have dealt with TMS Powersport and Chris Slager on several occasions all of which have been positive. Prior to buying from Chris I asked many, many questions regarding his business and how important it was that I would be able to get parts, service and support after a deal was made. Chris explained that he would be able to support me in the event that I needed parts, (face it people these things are from China) service and support and he did. With that said my 11 year old son has only had to replace a small tube that that had something to do with the rear brake. I called Chris and left a message stating what I thought we needed and he had the part for me in 2 weeks. I went to the showroom just about this time last year with my son and purchased a 250 utility 4 wheeler. Chris explained that all the bolts needed to be tightened down and even suggesting a spot of "lock tite" he also said we should change the oil after the first few rides and recheck the bolts because they may loosen due to riding and vibration. All of the above was done by my 11 year old son who was actually 10 at the time. I knew exactly what I was getting and after having my questions answered by Chris and having him keep the promises he made to me I have and will continue to recommend TMS Powersport to all my friends and family looking for an affordable way to have fun. I don't have a lot of money and could never afford to buy my son a Polaris or a Honda if I wanted to, so to be able to see the smile on his face when he rides and knowing that I didn't have to go in debt to put it there is all a mom can ask for. In closing, I went to the TMS showroom in Tullytown to pick up the part I ordered (which was also reasonably priced) and had the opportunity to see the racer that Daniel from Florida had purchased and I almost bought it on the spot. I never felt like I was being cheated and with all the questions I asked of Chris prior to buying he knew I meant business, you might say I was even a little threatening in the way I went about things with Chris. But I also went into this knowing what I was buying and knowing that you get what you pay for but at least my son is having fun at a sport I could not have afforded him if not for Chris Slager and TMS Powersport. Thanks Chris and I'll see you soon for that scooter. Your friend, Sandi "BB" Brown Sandi West Chester, Pennsylvania

I have dealt with tms powersports and chris slager in the past, and have found nothing but good service and honesty. I was so impressed I sent a friend there to look at a scooter, he also had no problems with the product or the owner. Mr. slager was very eager to answer any questions I had, and backs his products, and parts. I will continue to recommend chris slager and tms powersports to others.

Hey, My name is Mike and I purchased a japanese racing quad from Chris Slager this summer. I checked it out physically on the floor, talked with Chris and asked alot of questions. It was a straight up deal and there was no funny business at all or after. And I did have a problem (trickle charger mechanism failed/ no fault of Chris or TMS), and Chris sent me a new part right away, free of charge. I never had a problem with Chris, he was always straight forward. We both know that the original product comes from China and not Tully Motorsports, and it is a very unique ATV to the U.S. I feel that Chris stands by his warranty and does his best for the customer as is his responsibility. On an additional note, If you want to be instantly vaulted into superhero status with your kid(s), order a japanese racing quad, they are the coolest quad out there and maybe a glimpse into the future.
Very cool, not a rip-off, Tully MotorSports. My name is Mike and I approve this message.

Here is Mr r taking about the broken headlight. And broken shock. The funny thing is he never changed any of the parts i sent him. When i received the atv back from him ,the parts were not even broke.I guess this is why he did not change them.I have the parts i sent to him,and the so called broken parts are still on the atv.But they do not look broke? wonder why? could he be lying?
CHECK BACK THERES MORE TO COME!

Hi Chris...well you owe me big time buddy...Because I didn't want to take you up and send it back because I wasn't satisfiedand cost you more money -the engine I found turned over but it didn't fire-no spark. My brother and I worked for two days on the ATV taking it apart...checking every connection and plug and every slip-on connector (by the way 7 of them you just touch or pull on the harness and they pulled them out).
Anyways we finally found the problem...the red wire going to the ignition switch pulled out of the 4 wire connector and along with the wire the 4-prong connector wasn't plugged in all the way... That's 10 hours labor. What do you get for tearing down an ATV completely body off to the wiring harness and trouble shooting the electrical??? $$$$$$$
It's running now but it's running way too rich...it's fouled out two spark plugs and haven't went out of the yard...I really need an R9 125 Hand book. To know what the shift pattern is!!!
How do you adjust the carb. What is the silver springed screw for (idle) and the gold? I turn the gold but it doesn't seem to make any difference. What is the starting setting? All it does is cough, sputter revs up the miss fire?
Also along with the headlight, that by the way we had found the light crunched and the steel around the bottom of the ATV under the cardboard was pushed in about 12" , that may have gotten the headlight and scratched the cover. ( I can send you a picture if you want...Now the rear shock is leaking oil around the coil-over threads badly. I suppose you want that back too..then I can't ride it at all..
Okay I don't want the shocks if it voids the warranty.
The Atv goes all over the road even if you don't turn the handlebars with those wide tires. Is there a trick to set it up for riding. Toe in, straight or what. It came with the front wheels really toed in badly..
I will call you tomorrow and discuss this email with you..
Thanks,
Dan

ATV DEALER DEFENDS HIS BUSINESS

#12REBUTTAL Owner of company

1. Mr r was told before he had ordered the atv that the speedo ,turn signals mirrors were not included.Ive sold ten other atvs of the same model on website and told each and every customer. No one has said that deceived them
2.When he received the atv he had told me the frame was pushed in 12''.I told him to please take pics of damage so we could take care of it.Never seen the pics of the frame or the so called damage.
3.Mr R had told me the plastic was deeply scratched on the body.Sent me pics.I could not see the damage he was stating. He wanted a whole new body kit.
4.Had told me the headlight socket light was damaged.True
5.Shock was leaking. False. It was the rear brake caliper bolt.Just needed tightening
6.Carb choke was broke.True
7.Missing tool kit. I do not know.Shipped him one.

After hearing of these complaints I contacted my sales rep.We went over the parts he needed.1 shock,1 carb and 1 headlight and he told me he was going to ship them.It was about a week later and the parts did not arrive.I do not know if they made it there or not so i called them again to resend them.I would have to pay this time for the parts because they said they already shipped the first set. That was fine with me as long as Dan got the parts he needed.I even told him i would take the parts from my showroom model,he told me that was ok i should not have to do that. The parts did indeed get there the second time.I Had made sure to get track #.

After the parts got there dan was telling me the atv would not run.And was jumping out of gear.At this point I had told him to send the atv back ,I will refund money or pay 150.00 for labor or towards shipping back to me.He was fine with that. really do not need a customer calling me night and day,I would much rather send him a refund if there are that many problems.

Mr R did end up sending the atv back.It was packed really good .I was wondering how bad it was going to be once I removed the packing.Once I did I could not find the deep scratches he was stating? or the frame pushed in? or the shock leaking? Bulb socket had one tab broke off. Definitely not worth sending the atv back for .After re assembly I had the atv running in about 10 minutes.Took it out for a test run and it shifted great. It did not jump out of gears as he stated.

I did everything that any other online atv dealer would have done.I talked to him and he told me the problems and i responded with the parts. And i certinly did not receive 89 emails as he states. Yes i agree it took a little longer because of the parts shipment, but he did indeed get the parts.

I refunded Dan.I do believe it was 1200.00.And not 1350.00.I never said that I was paying for all the shipping back to me.Ask mr rella to produce a email where im stating that and I will pay him for the shipping back. But I also think that I should not owe him the 150.00 towards shipping back because.Of the following.1.Atv was not all scratched up.2 frame was not pushed in 3.Atv runs and shifts great.4 all parts were sent to him.I feel that he lied to me just because he did not like the atv from the start, and was looking for any reason what so ever to send it back.

I will show this atv to anyone that wants to see it.Im sure you will see what im dealing with here. The atv is 99.9 percent. Not the damaged atv he says.Im 100% sure that anyone that sees this atv will agree with me.

And when did it become a crime to say something nice like Godbless? I am a cristian

In ending this I think people in general should always use caution before they buy something over the internet. But also buyer beware they must have some knowledge of what they are intending to buy.

If there is anybody out there who has had to deal with this man,ide like to know your story. Thanks for your time. Chris TMS POWERSPORTS
