They advertise bareroot plants, but the berry bushes they sent me were twigs, no roots. I asked for replacement, sent them pictures and they said I have to return the twigs to get a replacement. They have no feasiable way to return these twigs. They have no usps mail receptacle.
$21.99 for twigs I would say is a ripoff. I believe the picture should have been enough to warranty a replacement at least, but No, they have to be returned by Fedex or UPS at a cost of $11 to 14 dollars for a package that weighs 3ounces.
This company needs to be investigated. No telling how many people they have ripped off in this way. I plan to also report them to who ever they get a license to sell this poor quality plants.
Credit card was used and I plan to file a ripoff report with them as well.
