My brother ordered a special-made trailer over the internet from TNT Alum. Trailers and Anthony "Tony" Stout. Barry was waiting on a lung transplant but still traveled from his home in FL to his home in NC. The trailer was to be designed with a generator to handle his oxygen equipment. The trailer was ordered in Jan. 05 and promised to be ready by April.

Stout requested $5872 of the money up front and asked my brother to wire the money into his account and my brother did so.

When the delivery date came and went, my brother began trying to contact Stout. After many attempts and much stress, he was able to speak with Stout and was promised the trailer would be ready by June. Of couse that didn't happen either and future attempts to contact Stout were fruitless.

My brother passed away in August...never got the trailer. As the executrix of his estate, I made repeated attempts to contact Stout. I even traveled to Cumberland. I took a check for the balance of the trailer in case it was ready. Stout hid out in his shop and had the lady in the office say he wasn't there. He did eventually show his face. Stout claimed someone robbed his account and it would be at least 6 months before he could return the money.

The business was moved the next week to
another "undisclosed" location and I have not been able to keep up with him. Living out of state has made it very difficult to keep up with his locations and addresses. No one seems to be able to help.
