 We ordered a 26 x 30 carport to use with our wheelchair van. We had a specific concrete slab poured with the ramp located so the carport installation would not be an issue.

When the installers showed up ( all non English speaking) we specifically showed them where the posts had to go for the ramp ( they all nodded yes, they understood) when we walked out to check on them one of the poles was slap in the middle of the wheelchair ramp and the support beam was on the bottom covering the ramp ( making it un-usable). When we spoke to the installers they shrugged loaded up and left. A week later with daily calls to the dealer we purchased from, TNT in NC and a local distributor we are now to the point of no one returning calls or picking up the phone. The dealer admits they installed it incorrectly.

We had the local distribution person set up an appt for the"shop manager"Pedro  to come out x2. No show both times, after we took both days off from work.

When you call NC they don't pick up the phone unless you call the "sales"line, then that person says they don't know who can help us.

The owners name is Benny Torrez, but no one knows where he is or his phone number/email address.

I want the carport GONE, I paid a 10% deposit but refused to pay the balance to the installers.

Do NOT use this company if you expect/need any customer support. I am assuming that if there is a warrenty issue you might as well forget it too.
