Complaint Review: TNT Carports

TNT Carports Paid deposit, no product delivered, ignored... Mt Airy North Carolina

 I inquired about a carport and was barraged with emails and phone calls from the sales dept. When I was ready I contracted with TNT for the installation submitting a deposit via credit card. Terms of the contract were a 60 day installation.

60 days cam and went, after a few weeks I tried contacting them and was given a phone number for the regional customer service. I left several voice mails as each time the phone went unanswered. No return calls, I sent email. No reply.

I called the main office and finally got a live person who assured me that all would be researched and addressed, he apologized profusely and said he'd get back to me. A week later, as of this writing I have had no return call.

I gave one final chance this morning and called the main office again. I left a voice message with the original salesman, Steven Hawks. So far no return call but I do recall him returning my call within minutes when I wanted to submit the original order.

I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as an unfulfilled order. I'll find a reasonable contractor who actually wants the work and honest earnings that accompany the job.
