Complaint Review: TNT EXPRESS TNT OnLine Payment Service FRAUD ALERT -rental Property

I answered an ad on craigslist for an apartment in Philadelphia. The price was 650 per month in a 1500 per month area. tI was told the owner had moved to Milan and had the apt. keys with him. He said he owned the property but I know the area and it is an apartment complex not "owned". Since he had the key with him he would send the keys to TNT express with a contract for me sign, pick up the keys and view the apt. before renting. TNT express would notify me when they had the keys and I would go to Western Union with money to send to the TNT address. Then I would get the keys and contract.
It sounded really weird and he would not send me an exact address. The location was 2200 Ben Franklin Parkway, Phila.
I checked the ripoff website and found almost identical language and instructions to purchase a computer from England. The info was posted by jsintek re: Dennis Owens, Roger Dorian and TNT express. Posting # 308735 .
Thanks to this info I was forewarned and notified craigslist of this scam.
