My husband I and I signed up for a years membership at TNT Fitness Center in PSL on 08/28/2012 -- it was my birthday gift and his gift of fitness for him to get more in shape and work out his bad back.

After meeting with the Representative we were assured that the gym had been at it's location on PSL Boulevard for years and had no intentions of moving -- not two months later I went to work out and found the doors locked and a chair with a piece of paper saying the gym had relocated to PSL West near Tradition.  I drove over there to find the doors locked - no markings on any of the doors or windows.  I drove over numerous times of day to find the same thing except one day the doors were open and construction was underway -- this was about 40 days later.  All during this timeperiod I called TNT's contact number, left messages and no one returned my call.

I showed up one day and there was a person at the desk who said I could work out -- they barely had any equipment, no showers, a unisex bathroom and were still in the midst of construction.  I tried many times to go there and just be a good sport since they said I could cancel our memberships but they would not refund our monies.  I figured we would make the 40 minute trek to PSL West even though inconvenient and just get a new gym closer to home
after September of 2013.  I was told that my two lost months would be tacked onto the end of my contract...

Again I went to work out and found that AGAIN THE DOORS ARE LOCKED, NO NAMES ON THE BUILDING AND NO EQUIPMENT....OBTW my husbands membership was on suspend status because he needed to complete physical therapy....so I lost eight(8) months of service and he lost about ten (10) months of service.

No one answers phones again -- and it seems no hope of getting our money which was paid in full for a year - back for the months they were unavailable to us.

So it seems that not only me, but probably more customers were just cheated out of their membership fees.  Is there a way you can investigate and get back to me.  I am not sure where to go.  I suppose I could file a police report, but I am sure it would go no where and don't our police have better things to do.
