Complaint Review: TNT Metal Buildings

Purchased a 18X20X7 (2 car) carport and 10X20 attached storage with roll down door (approx $1800.00) came out in about a week and did an excellent job and might say very quick (the guy on the roof ran from one end to the other and installing on the way. At the time of purchase I asked if further down the road could I have them come back and close it in like a regular garage or at least start with sides first. It takes four (4) pieces of tin to complete and probably take about 30 minutes, if same crew, for the amount of $433.00 on invoice # 26478, dated 03-18-11. I have called on numerious occasions asking when were they coming. Most of the time no one answered the phone at the local office, when they did it was always pretty soon as very busy. Finally called headquarters in North Carolina and had to leave a message. A ladycalled Loria, called back, seemed very concerned and promised I would hear from them in about a week. It has now been over two months and no contact. Can't use the Building Permit that was required for anyone but TNT as permit list only builder authorized, which means they have cost me $30.00. Maybe not so much the money. I know everyone says that, just the principal, well feel the same about this incident. Fair product (leaks like a sive) but looks nice but just like a car dealer theres no service after the sell. Thank you for letting me vent my fustration!
