Complaint Review: TNT Property Management

I lived at a property for one month at this rental company. I do not own a pet, never have, and I never had any pets within the premises. I was not notified of the move out walk through inspection and instead, TNT decided that they were going to charge me for replacing all the carpets in the house due to pet stains all throughout.

After talking to other that had rented through them previously, they said that the same charges happened to them upon moving out. Another charge was for 6.5 hours of cleaning. I spoke to the new tenants that moved in seven days later, and they stated that the house was flilthy. And while I did not pay this out of my pocket, I am encourging all others that plan to rent from TNT to be aware and to not allow them to charge you as well.
