Complaint Review: tnt strategic facilities inc

 Facilities service and maintenance can be a lucrative living but risky when working for new companies. Such is the case with TNT as they request to be like other retail service providers and use contractors, tradesmen, or handymen as subcontractors to perform their work. They request to pay in 45 days which is standard with many of the companies I work with. But in TNT's case when the 45 days is up they drag you out a little longer then fail to answer requests for payment or any communication at all. It's amazing how I give them a good reputation by performing work in a timely and exceptional work product. If only the companies like Wilson's Leather really knew who Todd Hartwell and TNT are a blight in the business world.  After they use you and quit answering the phone or email they find another small business to bleed and keep pocketing the money. This is one of the most unethical rip offs there is.

Such is the case after we did repairs for Wilson's Leather stores here in the Las Vegas nevada area. If it was just labor that would be bad enough but most of the jobs involve materials as well. I was told at one point a check had just been mailed so I would do another job for them. Todd Hartwell is obviously one of the most unscrupulous, unethical scam artists there is out there. Stay away from this guy at all costs. I am having to write off close to $2,000 in bad debt and that is a lot of money to take out of my families mouths.
