Complaint Review: TNT SWISS & FIRST CHINS EXPRESS

I orded a watch from tntswiss.com for 595.00 including shipping ,I received the watch the nex day C.O.D , I received the wrong watch in a zip lock bag ,the watch was suppose to come with a presentation box & paper work ,none of this was in the box, also no return address or invoice. I called Fed Ex to find out where the watch was shipped from , they said china Express out of new york , I called tnt swiss & spoke to a guy named Bobby , he said he would send another watch & presentation box & paper work the nex day , Iam still waiting , this was a month ago . I tried calling back on several ocasions only to get hung up on & the answering machine , I also called China Express & could never get an answer. I called tnt swiss one time & the phone was answered, Global Express, I would say all these crooks are working together . It's a shame to get scamed out of hard earned money. If any one know how to get even with these scammers please let me know?
