TNT Tint and Trim fraudulent warranty for tint jobs Baton Rouge Louisiana
I went to TNT Tint and Trim to get my windows tinted. After the job was completed I was issued a life-time warranty for the tinted windows. A month later the tint starts to fold on my passenger window, I went back to TNT Tint and Trim and the owner told me that it was my fault and refused to retint my window, even though I was issued a life-time warranty. I wonder what's their definition of life-time????????

In response to natasha's complaint, yes their was a lifetime warranty on film defects, workmanship and materials only, not on any abuse from the customer themselves.
Natahsa had rolled her window down sooner than she was told, the factory recommends a 3 day wait period to roll down windows that have been tinted.
We did contact the manufactor to see if they would be willing to warranty out this window, even though it was Natasha's fault. They did agree , but Nataha has yet to come in and have her window retinted.
