Tobacco General Worst Ever Des Plaines Illinois
Bought around 100.00 of Tobacco from them in October of 2013 and they sent to wrong adress. Called 4 times then filed with PAYPAL. Still they would not retrieve the package thru fed express and charge me the difference so now I am out 100.00 as I cannot get fed express to do anything as this is the shippers responsibility. I then filed with the BBB and still they would not even respond which now they have the lowest rating possible of an F . And thier customer service is a joke.
