Ok iv made an order for $81.45 to tobaccogeneral.com they billed my card twice. Now there Web site says one order went through but it's been almost a week and still haven't gotten a confirmation number. Now there is the issue of being billed twice on my credit card. I keep calling over and over and over and have left like ten messages and had two different people call me back take my info say they would call me back and still days later have never done so.  So now it's been almost a week and haven't even started to get this mess fixed and not sure I ever will. This is clearly the worst customer service I've ever in countered.

Tobaccogeneral.com finally after a week called me back and even though this situation cause alot of problems they did return the money. But it took them a week to call or fix. Horrible customer service.
