This person is an employer and freelancer on Freelancer.com. tobe872004 hires writers, graphics designers and other people. He then takes all their work, accuses them of not sending him quality, uses that work, and then reports that freelancer to Freelancer.com. Then the freelancer receives an infraction for no apparent reason. Freelancer.com does not even take consult the freelancer about this.
When you contact Freelancer.com support they are unable to help. Apparently, freelancers have no rights. This person continues to signup for new accounts on Freelancer. The one way to spot him is his profile is incomplete, no phone number is verified and his profile isn't complete.
