5/4/2008: Placed order for TOBI TREE( Item#:90TB01TT01, Order#:2006181468)
5/6: My BOA card has been charged for $150.52
5/13: Canceled the order, but they said I'll be charged for $63.83 for shipping and handling(They said that because the product is consisted of three boxes, I'll be charged for shipping and handling for 3 times. Does it makes sense to you? How come I charged for shipping and handling for 3 times when I buy 1 item? )
5/16: Received one of three part and returned the items at U. S. Post Office
5/16, 6/4, 7/8: They charged $29.95 each total of $89.85 even though I canceled my order.
After that I called the costumer service numerous times and been told same answer that my refund is processing and wait for seven to ten business days.

I've been calling them for 5 months so far. Today is October 17th. I did the same routine. I called and they said the same thing. Now I'm sick and tired of talking those customer service reps.

Is there any legal action that I can take?
