Mr. and Ms. Tobias received a deposit over $3,000, stating they would be able to assist me with the purchase of a new home. After several weeks of attempts to make contact, I was unable to reach anyone by phone or physical contact. Once bank denied financing, Mr. and Ms. Tobias, never returned my deposit. I filed a small claims report and the subpoena being avoided until present; law enforcement unable to deliver. Tobias Enterprises has never produced a property to me nor a refund until this present day. The home based company is a complete scam and ripoff and I hope no one else falls victim to the scams and be riped off of their hard earned money.
