Complaint Review: Today's Escapes And HSN Home Improvements

I recently made a catalog order to Home Improvements using my credit card. My next month's credit card bill had a $96 charge from Today's Escapes. I called Today's Escapes and asked what it was for... a membership fee for discounts.

I never received any information from them or Home Improvements, nor any membership package to know what was going on. Home Improvements was not authorized to pass my credit card information to anyone. This is a scam way of doing business. No company should ever pass your credit information to someone else.
