Complaint Review: Todays Satelite

Todays satellite is advertising on WLS radio that you can get 3 months free for signing up and free installation etc. When they get here its $24.99 for installation and there is no 3 free months. They claim that is because they are "giving" you the equipment. They DON'T say that in the WLS ad, however.

It also took about 20 calls to the company to get someone to come back and finish the connection. Meanwhile, I could not get any local channels and most of the satellite channels were messed up or would not come in.

They finally connected me, but I am still unhappy about the 3 free months I didn't get. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. They won't get a second chance because when this year is up so is the "deal."
