I found charges on my credit card for the current and previous 12 months. The newest two charges were for $20.95, and the previous ones were for $17.95. The name on the charges were all from AP9 TODAYSESCAPES. I had never heard of this company. I did a search on google and found their website and links to many others who had the same thing happen to them. I found the phone number of the company and called them. I spoke with someone and told them I had never had a membership when they told me that they would cancel it. They said I must have clicked on an advertisement banner. I told them that clicking on a banner would not give them my credit card information, and the rep said she wasn't aware how that worked. I told her that I was aware how that works, and that her assumption was wrong. Regardless she said she would cancel my membership, which I never signed up for, and that she would credit my credit card. Pardon me for not having faith they would do this. I called my credit card company and talked with a guy in the billing and dispute department. He removed the charges for the current and two previous months. Also, I had him mail me a dispute form that I could use to dispute the other older charges.
