The Verk's also purchased rights to use a part of this company's name. Todd Verk and Mary Stabile Verk have defaulted on their payments for the purchase of this company. Attempts to recover this company's assets such as inventory, vehicles, and equipment have not been sucessful, it appears the majority of these items can no longer be accounted for.
