Todd Chafer Won't pay, Owes me $12,000 Cloquet Minnesota
We provided logistics for transporting hay for Todd Chafer. He made payments at first for the services we provided, then he quit answering his phone and hasn't paid the balance he owes us of $12,500. Don 't do business with this individual unless he prepays because he doesn't pay his bills. Also found out he filed bankruptcy in 2013.
