This company has written bad checks and refuses to pay for them without prosecution from LA County.  Suppliers in the area are recommended to only issue orders to this company on COD via certified funds as Mr. Todd Egan has not been forthcoming or communicative regarding the money owed.  This matter is in the process of being filed with LA County for criminal charges for theft by check through the restitution program.

Todd Egan is still hiding and hasn't picked up his HOT check and continues to use this method to steal supplies.
